Il Comune di Paola e FS Sistemi Urbani, hanno sottoscritto in data 02/10/2023 un Protocollo di Intesa per gli interventi di potenziamento dell’intermodalità e la rigenerazione urbana delle aree di proprietà del Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane presenti nel Comune.

The Municipality of Paola and FS Sistemi Urbani signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 02/10/2023 for interventions to strengthen intermodality and urban regeneration of the areas owned by the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group present in the Municipality.

L’intervento è finalizzato alla realizzazione di un Porto turistico per la nautica da diporto. Il progetto conclude un lungo iter interlocutorio partito dagli anni 2000 e prevede, in occasione della realizzazione del porto, la bonifica ambientale del sito, il miglioramento dei servizi e della viabilità pedonale e veicolare dell’area e la valorizzazione del soprastante centro storico per favorirne il processo di recupero attraverso l’integrazione urbanistica ed i collegamenti anche meccanizzati.

The intervention is aimed to creating a Tourist Port for pleasure boating. The project concludes a long interlocutory process that started in the 2000s and envisages, on the occasion of the construction of the port, the environmental reclamation of the site, the improvement of services and pedestrian and vehicular traffic in the area and the valorisation of the historic center above to encourage its recovery process through urban integration and also mechanized connections.

Exploratory public notice for the solicitation of private initiative proposals

In data 04/04/2024 è stato pubblicato l’Avviso esplorativo (prima fase) che ha dato materialmente inizio alle procedure di realizzazione del «Porto Turistico San Francesco di Paola». La procedura scadrà in data 03/06/2024, con sopralluogo obbligatorio da effettuare entro il 20/05/2024. Al termine della prima fase, verrà avviata la procedura di Project Financing ai sensi dell’art. 193 del D.Lgs. 36/2023. Le procedure di gara verranno espletate tramite la C.U.C. Media Valle Crati ai sensi dell’art 62 comma 11 del D. Lgs. 36/2023

The exploratory public notice was published on 04/04/2024 (first phase) that physically started the implementation procedures of the «Porto Turistico San Francesco di Paola». The procedure will expire on 06/03/2024, with inspection mandatory to be carried out by 05/20/2024. At the end of the first phase, the Project procedure will be started Financing pursuant to art. 193 D.Lgs. N.36/2023. The tendering procedure will be carried out through the C.U.C. Media Valle Crati art. 62 c. 11 D.L36/2023
